We operate a strict cancellation policy. We require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or re-arrange an appointment, failure to do so will incur in a 50% cost of the treatment fee. If you start to display Covid-19 symptoms prior to your appointment please inform us as soon as possible via telephone. please do not inform us at the time of your appointment. Please be aware for large bookings we will require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment at time of booking. This is non-refundable.
